- I could solve my issue. I have deactivated the AzureB2B integration:

After that, there was no guest account created in Azure AD and the process works as expected without giving an additional approval
Hi chris_boe - I wonder if their browser is trying to auto-log them in with a different account than the one you shared it with. We run into guest access issues quite often due to this. Maybe share again - ask them to open an in-private browser session and then copy/paste the link to the browser. (fingers crossed!)

I have tried it with in-private browser too. After Sign-In appears the message again:

I tried the suggestions from that article too. Completely removed the user from everything. I don´t get it work so that I get a normal pin verification by mail. It always requests the access from Site Owner/Admin.
