Events webpart - Not showing event from root site
Hi All
I have configured event webpart in communication site , and created one subsite but when we configure event webpart in subsite to show event from root/parent site, i am not getting any event from root site/parent site
To resolve issue I have also reindexed whole site and Event list in root site however it not worked
Any ideas?....
Subsites should not be used anymore. Try creating a Hubsite and display the events for connected sites.

Is it discontinued by MS to show events in subsite from parent/root site collection event list?
