Error on document list loading in Document Library (SharePoint Online)

Dear All,

 

Have you experienced to have error message as below? Provi Test is document library.

 

HTTP500: SERVER ERROR - The server encountered an unexpected condition that prevented it from fulfilling the request. (XHR)POST - https://dialogasia.sharepoint.com/sites/provi-test/_api/web/GetList(@listUrl)/RenderListDataAsStream?@listUrl='%2Fsites%2Fprovi%2Dtest%2FLibrary%20Test'&View=dcfb0981-fba6-4436-8e0a-f697825ea2ba

 

Once access to this document library, it started to load the documents with grouping by Category column. However the system can't load all the group and it stucked. I open the developer mode and found the error message  as above for RenderListDateAsStream.

 

Please advice.

    How many documents do you have in the document library? By the way, best you can do here is to open a support ticket if the problem is not fixed

      6028 documents in document library. Thought that 1 document library can support 1 million documents. 

      6k document should x have issue by default.

      Moreover Microsoft is recommended to use flatten document library instead of creating folders.

      Please advice.

        With that amount of documents, there should not be any problems rendering the documents...indeed a document library can store up to 30.000.000 documents
