Error in Site Search

Hi all,

I facing a issue on Site search of SharePoint Online today, but it's still work yesterday.

I got the following error screen when do a site search:

To reproduce the issue, please go to the search page: https://yoursite/_layouts/15/search.aspx 

and enter the search term and click search, and under the search result page, press "F5" to refresh the page. I can reproduce the issue even use Edge, Chrome.
