Error: Cannot read property 'push' of undefined in SharePoint Online
I have attached screen in post.
When i first click on save, this error message came and new list item is being created without attachment. And if click again on save button new item is being created with attachment successfully.
i think this problem in Microsoft cloud operation. When i checked with my own tenant account, i have found same issue in my tenant account list.

Is there any customization done on the site or the list? If the same occurs maybe you can raise a ticket with Microsoft.
This issue is reflecting in all SharePoint lists (Organization and My own Tenant account). i have checked this even with fresh SharePoint List. here is screen shot.
i have raised issue with Microsoft and waiting for their resolution.

Try creating a test site collection and try to create an item with attachments.It is not related to site collection . I have tried all options and same error message is coming either you create new site collection or new list.
