Enterprise Keywords

Good Day

We have not yet tested in fully the ability in creating site templates (site designs) and wanted to confirm if it is possible in having the enterprise keywords column be added to the pages library and the default document library as the new site is being provisioned (modern site) via site scripts/site designs.  Thanks!
