my customer service dept reported that quite a number of valid emails are going to the junk folders for the past 2 days resulting in them missing emails from customers. how do i prevent this from h...

normal as in legitimate emails sent to customer service dept from customers.
where is this anti-spam > spoof intelligence ?
is it under exchange admin centre

i have even create rules to move emails for that user to Inbox, but still ends up in junk folder.
its driving my user crazy.
