Enable SharePoint Translation Services

Dear all,

We would like to enable https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/b95d72bf-206f-4c26-a53d-ba61ff73605c#bkmk_SharePointTranslationServices to our sharepoint online instance.

I can't find any information how to enable this service. Help would be greatly appreciated

We have e3 licenses and based on this page, it's supported in sharepoint online

Well, you cannot find any information about how to enable it because there is no way to enable Translation Services in SPO
