Empty "first published date" on modern pages from copy or template
Since late December I've been having an issue where when I use a copy of an existing page or a template to create a new page of content and publish it, it publishes without a publish date - effectively causing it to publish at the BOTTOM of a news web part instead of the top - which is the default for new posts. Using templates and copies of older pages was working as expected before mid-December, so I'm thinking it may relate to an update. Has anyone else encountered this problem and have tips/solutions?
I know I can manually reorder the content to publish at the top, but this is a lot of work when you have lots of content. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Hi KaRocks Yes I'm seeing this too.
Looks like a template issue. When I create a new site page template and add this to a PA flow to create new content. If the template is not published the new page is given the 1 January publish date, which is mad.
If I publish the template, any new content is given that date, not the actual publish (date created date)
Have you found a resolution for this?
