Embed Web Part
Good Day
We are looking at leveraging the embed web part for having short internal videos surface in modern sites we have in SharePoint online. It is almost the same as the YouTube web par just that the short videos are hosted internally in a different platform. We will have to whitelist the URL but the question we have is around platform or site collection impact in SharePoint online. Does anyone know if there are concerns or guidelines for having multiple web site in sharepoint online use embedded video links, such as performance impact or throttling issues? Thanks
Is there any reason you are not uploading the videos to Microsoft Stream? That way you can just add the Stream webpart to your modern SharePoint page. It's all secure and within your tenant and no need for complex embeds.
