Email to list then add a workflow
Hi I'm trying to streamline a process; we receive a number of emails a day from lots of suppliers and contractors. I want to auto forward these to a folder and then apply a flow to them assigning each to a person for approval before being filed in a second folder. What's the best place to do this?
- Power automate flows with a trigger on a shared mailbox. Then create an item to a list/ library from that trigger data. And once moved you could either have that same flow kick off approval process or I would have another flow monitoring new items in the landing location and start approval process there. You would need another list of approvers and their last assigned approval column so you can sequentially assign the approvals and what not.
