There are 3 options. I have recently implemented this for my customer, I tried 3 options and finally settled with combining Option 1 & 3
1. Site Mailboxes
2. Office 365 Groups
3. Using MS flow

- Yes Juan you are right. thanks for pointing me out. What I meant by saying combining Option 1 and 2 was, we have created a non person account in O365 which can receive emails from customer (kind of replicating the site mailbox) from there using Microsoft Flow we update the list and library.
