Email Digest for News

Several members of Communications departments have been asking us more than one the following question around the Email Digest feature used for News Articles/Pages.  Today the email digest shows a nice preview of the article, however communication staff has scenarios where certain topics have once a week an news article to be pushed to users.  Their question or ask is if we could have the ability to display the News Article as a whole in the email digest itself, offer a way to choose either the current preview mode or full article mode.  Already checked the uservoice on this topic but if anyone had insights or other comments it will be great. Thanks
