Editing an Image in Modern Experience

Question

We have a list that contains images&nbsp;that we use as tiles.&nbsp; &nbsp;When we are in modern view, it does not offer us the option to edit&nbsp;the image&nbsp;field.&nbsp; Also, when we try to edit in classic view, it reverts to a modern form -- which means we still cannot edit the image field.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Has anyone else experienced the same or have any idea of the obstacle we might be facing or how to correct it?&nbsp;

It seems to be a problem with the view. if you would switch to classic and back does it work?
