Each user appears to have their own List Views
In the same list that All users have access to View, and some users have access to Edit, every user has their own available List Views. Even though the Sharepoint Site WebPart was setup to show a specific View, only the user account that created the Views is seeing the selected View, while all other users only seeing the All Items view.
Here are the List Views that we built and should be available to all:

No additional restrictions have been placed on the List or the Site. This happens within the List directly and via the webpart showing the list on the site.
All searches through help forums have come up empty handed in finding why users area getting a different experience when access the same List.
Any advice on how to get All Users to be able to see the same Views would be appreciated.

When you create a new view there is an option to make it accessible for all users, have you made sure that is the case? Please create a new view and look for the checkbox (visibility), see the image below:If this is done, try setting one of the "hidden" views as default view. This should enforce the view to become public and accessible. Then, change it back to "All items" as default.

please make it possible to customize the maximally frameless interface of Edge, the ability to place (address string - URL address) and the tab string with control elements on the side or on the sides (customize each string separately) so that it does not interfere with reading text and viewing vertical video streams, etc. on wide-format monitors (so as not to switch to full-screen mode constantly with a large number of tabs) (if possible, make the interface as frameless as possible above and below) or at least implement this function in a similar way to - automatically hide as a startup in Windows) this is also relevant for Android devices and the function to remove the black bar around the camera - (status line, clock, charge, etc.)
будь ласка, зробіть можливість налаштування максимально безрамкового інтерфейсу Edge, можливість розміщення (рядок адреси - URL-адреса) і рядка вкладки з елементами управління збоку або з боків (налаштовуйте кожен рядок окремо), щоб це не заважало читанню тексту і перегляду вертикальних відеопотоків і т.д. на широкоформатних моніторах (щоб не переходити в повноекранний режим постійно з великою кількістю вкладок) (якщо це можливо, зробити інтерфейс максимально безрамковим зверху і знизу) або хоча б реалізувати цю функцію аналогічно - автоматично ховати як старт в Windows) це актуально і для Android-пристроїв і функція видалення чорної смуги навколо камери - (рядок стану, годинник, зарядка і т.д.)
