Duplicate file/s in SharePoint
Is there an easy way to automatically duplicate these files from multiple folders to one folder on SharePoint? I have a user in my org who has a number of files and folders that colleagues contribute to, these files are then copied to another folder that only one user has access to. Can these files be automatically be updated in both locations?

copying and syncing two file locations will lead to problems. What should i.e. happen if two users change the same file in two folders simultaneously? Or what happens if a file is deleted in one Library?
If you really want that, you could create two PowerAutomate Flows that "On File Changed" copy the file to the other folder.
But it woutld be better if you just create "Sharing Links" for the files and create ".url" links in the library of the "other" user to these files.
Or move all files that need to be shared into a third library and share that with both parties.
