Documents not showing up on sharepoint

A bunch of my files in my Sharepoint disappeared and I can't seem to search or find them online, but when I look into the local Sharepoint folder, the files are all there. 

Also when I try to upload a "Hidden File" it says it is already uploaded even though it is not showing up.
