Documents are not appearing in views
Hello all,
I hope someone will be able to assist with the following situation.
Background
- Documents have been migrated to a new SharePoint online library
- I created a view that shows documents based on creation date and functional group
- I created a second view that filters only by the functional group
Problem
- The documents that should be visible in the functional view only view are not appearing
- Only 1 document appears of the 29 documents that should be in the view
I cannot figure out why this is occurring. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

- The Functional group column, is that a choice column or what?
Which values are in there (take a screenshot)?
Which values are you filtering on for the functional group (take a screenshot of the view)?
What are the settings in the view on Item Limit (take a screenshot)?
Do the documents show up at all in the library (with not filtering)?- Yeap, some screenshots showing how you have configured all the stuff might help here
