Document Properties
Hello,
We have a document library of images. We have built columns of Metadata to update on the images under properties. These are all linked to term sets and function well 70% of the time.
Lately, the analyst has noticed when updating the properties that they will not always update on the first try. This can happen on either an individual item or when she edits 4 to 5 at once. We have checked to make sure all the properties she is editing are contained within that view. It continues to occur intermittently.
The library size is over 6300 items, which I know can cause issues. Is that what is causing this failure to update or is something else awry? Thanks for the help!

WhitneyBurr This definitely sounds like a bug.
I'd suggest logging a support ticket with Microsoft to see if they can find the root cause and a resolution. Logging a ticket will get a Microsoft support person assigned who can work with you directly and perform some troubleshooting including looking at logs, etc.
Tap the i icon in the SharePoint document library, and the Properties panel pops up to view or edit document properties.
