Document id setting is not working

Hello Team,   We have enabled the document ID service and then configure the document id setting still document ID is not showing in properties for document. Please help out on this.   Regards, ...

Are you using and checking on a classic sharepoint site? Modern sites and modernUI does not yet support document sets.

    its classic share point site. so still its not working. so is there any way to get this.

      main problem is that now document id is enabled but its not showing in document properties. is there any reason?
