Distributed Cache SP2013 OnPrem, pls HELP

Hi all, I've had a problem on my SP2013 OnPrem since yesterday morning.

The MicroFeed all of a sudden went empty.

I've had this several times through out the years and I just recreated the DC and everything worked fine again. This time it didn't.

I have no reports in Eventviewer or in Sharepoint Job History, where it actually reports "Succeeded" on FeedCache Repop. Job.

But the feed is empty....

In the ULS I have entries on MicroFeed in thousands like the ones below.

-SPMicrofeedStore.NeedsElevation() : Requires elevation:False; Private:False; IsUpdate:False;

These entries has level "High".

Google this and I get nothing usable.

Is there any one who can give me a hint on these?
