Disabled search vertical at tenant level- unable to view search vertical at site level

Hi,

I have created an organizational-level search vertical and enabled it. it was working properly but unable to view the search vertical setting at site level which shows the error "something went wrong retrieving verticals. please try again later".

I have disabled the custom vertical that I created at the tenant level but am still unable to view the search vertical at the site level. Almost 8 hours already passed but its not showing.
