Disable sharing of folder by authorise personnel
Hi, i am from HR dept and trying to create a folder on my dept site for other managers to deposit their appraisals into this folder. Permission only granted to the managers and myself. However i will also need to prevent whoever accessing this folder cannot further share the contents. Is there a way to block off the Share function?

On the site collection you want to restrict:
- Click on the gear and select "Site Settings"
- Click on "Site Permissions" under "User and Permissions"
- In the ribbon, click "Access Request Settings"
- Uncheck "Allow members to share the site and individual files and folders."
- Uncheck "Allow access requests."- Thanks! It works for me.
