Disable Copy To / Move To on a specific list or library

Is it possible to disable Copy To, Move To on a particular list/library?

 

What is the minimum permissions to do a Copy To or Move To?

    Ideally, we should be able at lest to "hide" these options as we could do in the classic UI, but I'm not sure if we are allowed to do it in tha way so I'm adding VesaJuvonen here.

    In regards of permissions something seems to be not fully right here:

    (1) I have just tested that if a user is in the Visitors Group  of the site, he/she can use the Copy  option (something I didn't expected), but the Move option is not there. Adding here danholme

    (2) If I assign a View Only permission directly to the user the Copy option also dissapear, so it's clear you can start with this permission as starting point
