Disable Content on a SharePoint site to be searchable

Hi Everyone,&nbsp;I would like to ask if I choose option no of indexing site Content that will&nbsp;Disable the content of the Sharepoint Site to be searchable from the Windows search box.&nbsp;&nbsp;
