Disable choice column while creating new Document Set

Hey everyone,

I have a Document Set with different types of columns in my library (SP Online), and I would like to disable selection of one of the choice columns, but only when creating a new Document Set, and after creation I would like to allow that column.

More accurate - I would like that user would not be able to select one value ("NO") from choice column ("YES"/NO) while creating new Doc Set, but after creation the user would be able to select "NO".
