Different Publishing Time in News Post on Hub and Site Page

Hello,

I have a problem with the view oft the publishing date of a news post. The origin site collection is showing the right time. The Hub is showing a date 8h in the future.

I have checked the Region Settings of both pages. Everywhere it is the same.

Can anyone help me with this problem?
