Different hyperlink for the same result

Hello,

I delivered a Sharepoint on line communication website and I have a problem with two different webpart.

The label shown to scroll alle the news have differen labes but they do te same thing. How I can control them ? The aspect also is different from the all page. Enclosed an Image.
