Deleted the SPO rootsite from tenant recyclebin
Hello Microsoft I've deleted my SPO root site from active sites and then from tenant recycle bin.
I used PNP
Please help me.
Tried creating a new site using
https://mogab-admin.sharepoint.com/_layouts/15/online/CreateSiteFull.aspx
No go. it will not give any error though.

It's better if you open a support ticket so Microsoft support can help you. Out of curiosity: why did you decide to remove the root site if you have some good alternatives to create a new site an make a swap between the former root site and the one created?- Out of rage one admin deleted it.
