Default form showing in list, rather than Power App

I have a sharepoint list on a subsite. I initially created a default form, but then moved to a Power Apps one. I changed the settings to make it use a PA one, but it keeps opening the default one. I have to mess about navigating back and in again to get the PA one.

Can anyone help? It's SO frustrating.
