Default Color Pool of SharePoint Calendar

I have been tasked with determining whether there is a larger color pool to choose from in SharePoint Calendear.

Is there a way to determine/view all of the default colors available in SharePoint calendar, or add additional colors to the default options? 

Shown below are the colors available to the user in the calendar in question.
