DeDup for SharePoint

Hi All:

 I just spun up DeDup for SharePoint SaaS and it looks very straight forward.  Wondering if there are any pinch points or gotchas folks have run into?  I really want to fire off an auto clean up but I'm very apprehensive as this is my first run with the solution.
