Date and Time entry form split into two
Hi,
I've been asked to support on a site that has been in place for a few years now, and they are having some issues with the date and time column. One thing that I have noticed though that on this site, the entry for the date and time is split into two, one calendar dropdown for date and another for time, but still part of the same column on the list. Does anyone know how this is achieved, and if it can be changed to the normal view with the date and time all grouped together in one cell on the form? From what I can see there is no custom formatting in place or anything else different in the standard settings.

Thanks!

I would like to know why this happens too. For me, people that see the Datetime column in two update boxes have an issue updating the record. If their regional settings are different than the time zone of the site, the Time value changes when the edit form loads. For example, if person is in US Pacific time and the site time zone is US Eastern, the time jumps ahead 3 hours when the edit form loads.
Also, users who see two update boxes do not see the correct time in list views - they see the time displayed in the zone of the site. SharePoint should display datetimes in the time zone configured in the user profile regional settings, shouldn't it?
It seems to be related to the two update box display - what causes that?
