Customize O365 App Launcher for all users

Hello, 

I see how to add custom tiles to our user's App Launcher in Office 365, but not seeing how to globally remove apps that aren't being used in our org, such as Bookings. I'd like to have a uniform set of apps listed here for all of our users. How can I achieve this?
