Custom units in the gallery view do not appear but appears in the list view in sharepoint online

Hi Team,
I have a question regarding sharepoint list in gallery view.
I have a list name(eg.Test1) and under that listname,there are two fields(ie.Tittle and period).
so, I set the character type of "period" as a number and also set a custom unit (yr).
(eg. if i enter the value 2 in the "period" column, it will be displayed 2yr ).
There is no problem in list view display but when i changed it to gallery view ,only the input value "2" was displayed, but "yr" is no longer displayed (refer img2).
So, is there any method that can possible to display 2yr in gallery view as well?

i am new to sharepoint as well as this forum. 
It would be really greatful if someone could help me with my problem.
