custom site template inside the custom tab for site collection creation dialog should exist already

how to put my custom site template inside the custom tab for site collection creation dialog.

 

I dont want to upload wsp everytime i create a new site collection.

 

Is there a way so that i can find the custom template.

    You would need farm solutions to add custom site templates. Farm solutions are not supported in Office 365

      Partially correct, what you can do is still upload web templates even knowing this is old "school"...by the way, there is not a way using the UI to avoid the WSP uploading when you create the site collection and choose to specify a custom template
