Custom Language in SharePoint Sites
Dear Friends,
We use SharePoint sites in our organization and we need to translate the site into a local language that is not supported by SharePoint and is not available in Language settings under the heading Site Administration. Is it possible to add custom languages to the site or ask Microsoft to add Armenian to the list of supported languages?

Unfortunately you cannot add custom languages to SharePoint sites, you are limited to the languages supported by Microsoft
- We have in the past added a custom language to SharePoint on premise through a combination of resx files and custom coding, or replaced a language with a similar language and changed its name, but the result is not great and the undertaking is expensive. It works for similar languages, where users will tolerate some messages in a closely related language, but Armenian is just too different from all other languages. As Juan Carlos says, this is not supported.
