Unfortunately you cannot add custom languages to SharePoint sites, you are limited to the languages supported by Microsoft
We have in the past added a custom language to SharePoint on premise through a combination of resx files and custom coding, or replaced a language with a similar language and changed its name, but the result is not great and the undertaking is expensive. It works for similar languages, where users will tolerate some messages in a closely related language, but Armenian is just too different from all other languages. As Juan Carlos says, this is not supported.
