Creating subsite - no option available in Communication Site
In modern team site, there's an option to switch to classic and from there I can create a subsite. However, there's no option on a communication site. Funnily, I clicked the back button on my brows...
Hi, from this page - https://tenanturl-admin.sharepoint.com/_layouts/15/online/TenantSettings.aspx you need to scroll down to Subsite Creation and ensure it is set as below.
Please note that it is Microsoft recommended practice now to use hub sites in the modern experience instead of creating subsites.
