creating a workflow
Can anyone help me with sharepoint and a workflow? I'm trying to set up a IT ticketing system in sharepoint and have a workflow send an email to the requestor once a ticket is completed?

Hello,
Create a SharePoint list and use "Send a customized email when a new SharePoint list item is added" as you can see in the picture below 🙂
This will resolve the issue.
