Creating a page with a table on SharePoint that is linked to another tab

Hi all,

I am currently trying to create a page that is filtered to certain teams, which we call Programs, Specialty, and Core Change. As you can see on the left, I have created pages that will have a table (which I blurred out) to have the filter that I want. My issue is there is a tab called “action item” but it seems I can only pull from my BCAT Project lists.

Is there anyway to pull a list from other than my BCAT List?
