create MS team and them migrate content from MOSS to the site collection created.
I am trying to migrate content from MOSS 2007 to SP online.
The teams werre in the form of subsites number 1000+ . Now, i am considering creating Microsoft Teams and then migrate the each subsite for team to the created SP online site collection (which gets created with a team).
This makes me ask how many site collections can we create as every team that i create will have a corresponding site collection.
Could you please let me know your expert thoughts if i should proceed with it or it is that the MS teams has not yet matured.

- You can check this information in the SPO limits:
(1) You can create up to 500.000 SPO Site Collections in a SPO tenant
(2) You can create up to 500.000 Office 365 Groups in an Office 365 tenant
(3) You can create up to 500.000 Teams in an Office 365 tenant
