No easy way to get this information, you will need programming skills to get it or buy a third party tool that can help you with this...by the way: Have you considered to use security groups / Office 365 groups for your scenario?
When you say security groups, you mean Active Directory? We looked at that last year as an option and it was decided to only do SharePoint groups at that time. Our company does not yet have Exchange Online and so Office 365 Groups are not available to us yet, but we expect that to come in toward the end of the year. Can you give me a heads up as to where I can find the "list of groups" for which a person is a member at that time?
