costumed forms with Powerapps

Hello community

I'm new to sharepoint and i have made a site as template where i had changed forms with powerapps, but when i try to create a new site based on that costumed template i can not get my costumed powerapps forms.

Is there a trick to get my powerapps costumed forms.
