Copying files between different site libraries fails.

Rick Segal if you have permissions to the External Sharing > Photo Support you should see the document library in to the Move to / Copy to actions. See image below (copying from root to team sites).
jcgonzalezmartin I ran a quick test in my development tenant and it works. Do you not see secondary document libraries when you Move to / Copy to?
