Copy a Modern Team SPO Site to another tenant

Hi all,&nbsp;I want to duplicate a whole Modern Team Sitecollection to an another Tenant.I´ve read that Mover is the tool to choose but I´ve tired it and it seems that it is only possible to migrate users and content.Could I also copy a whole sitecollection with mover or this not possible?&nbsp;Thanks!

Third-party tool as ShareGate is incredible for migrating sites.

Mover is not an option here, as you have well said it only would help you on moving content between the tenants, but not full SPO Sites
