Converting Hyperlink with Descriptions from SharePoint 2010 to 0365

We are converting an older SP 2010 active site that has many fields with Hyperlinks and Descriptions.  How to I bring those two data points into O365.  We have migrated the site, but it only lists the hyperlink and has dropped the description for the hyperlink.  I'd either like to mass edit or re-migrate with the content if possible. Can anyone provide some guidance?

    How was the site migrated?  Was it migrated using a 3rd-party tool or the Microsoft Migration tool?  If it was a 3rd-party tool, I would suggest contacting them otherwise please share your migration method.
