Convert classic SharePoint site to modern
We are in the process of converting our Classic Sharepoint site to Modern.
Is there a way we test the process on older sited rather than converting the root?
If there isnt is there a way to backup the whole s

how do you doing the classic transition to modern?
With PnP, Third-Party or manually?

You can modernize a site (SiteCollection) that you like, it doesn't have to be the top site.
And the backup do you do, i hope so, with a backup tool...
