Content type publishing (refresh not applying to sites)
acopland I am having the same issue. Have you been able to resolve this?

sledoux hi!
So, no idea whether this is what fixed the issue but I renamed all content types, and all associated columns. Then republished and refreshed everything, then went into every library and removed the content types (and removed the columns at a site level from memory), then reapplied the content type which seems to have applied the updated content type and associated columns. Really just a whole lot of mucking about to make something work that is supposed to just work OOTB. We did raise a ticket with Microsoft about it as well but that didn't really go anywhere.
You might be able to skip the whole renaming fiasco, I did that because there were frustrating conflicts because someone decided to manually build all the content types on each site and then also build the same content types in the Content Type Gallery. The content types that had been manually created had all previously been deleted along with their columns, but maybe there was something behind the scenes causing an issue.
