Content Search Webpart query only returns DisForm.aspx

Hello,

I'm trying to use the Content Serach Webpart with a query to retrieve list items in a specific column.

Let's say the column name is "Unit" and one value is "Sales". How can I make the Content Search Webpart display this result?

For the column "Unit" I mapped its crawled property "ows_Unit" to a "RefinabeString107" in order to create the managed property.

My query is the following:

When I click okay the webpart displays the results as "DispForm.aspx".

How can I make it so not "DispForm.aspx" is shown but the actual cell value such as "Sales"?
